Meet the Team

Profile

Aisling is our head of treasury. She is the complete capital markets professional, having spent much of her career gaining experience in those markets within Investec. Aisling leads a team of 20 people that provides clients across all industries with deposit solutions, and risk management and hedging across interest rates, foreign exchange and money markets.

She hails from the capital city of Cork. Most of Aisling’s spare time is devoted to her husband and daughter. However, when time allows, her passion is travel - particularly to warmer climates.

Philip is part of our treasury team. His specialist subject is foreign currency risk management. Philip’s mission is to provide clients with an all-round quality service, calling on his 30 years’ experience of the financial services industry.

Philip has been with Investec for four years, having previously worked with Anglo Irish bank and First Active. He is a Licentiate of the Institute of Bankers.

Originally from Dublin, Philip now commutes to our offices from home in Meath. He is a married father of three and an occasional practitioner of golf, Gaelic football and rugby.

Justin is a member of the Dublin treasury solutions team, with responsibility for the Interbank FX Desk. He has more than 20 years of experience in FX currency markets, having previously worked for Ulster Bank Group Treasury, ABN Amro Bank and Anglo Irish Bank. Justin has been at Investec since 2009.

Originally from Bray, he now calls the seaside town of Sandycove his home. Justin divides his spare time between swimming, cycling and his four children.

Críona is a member of the treasury solutions team with responsibility for structuring. With her colleague Gearoid Keegan, she provides hedging solutions for clients across interest rate and foreign exchange markets.

Criona graduated from UCC and began her career at AIB Treasury (Cork and Dublin). In 2005, she joined Investec. Criona is married and has two children.

Profile

Mark qualified with a bachelor of business studies in his home county of Waterford before moving to Dublin to complete a masters degree in investment and treasury. Mark is married and has a son.
